Garage ADU and Artist Studio
Steven and Collin built this garage/shop/artist studio with an apartment/office above at their family home. Steven uses the garage as his shop. Collin uses the artist studio to make her figurative sculpture and pottery. The second story is a studio apartment that Moses Renovation & Design also uses as their office.

This is my favorite part of our home. The studio apartment/office is exactly what we needed to expand the space in our house without doing a full addition. It is nice to have a place to go to that is close but separate from our living space. I love my studio. It is the part of our house that is all mine, my personal sanctuary.
