Basement Remodel that has it all
This south Minneapolis basement was like all of its neighbors, unfinished and entirely utilitarian. We transformed it into a space that would be any Minnesotan's dream. A family room for the kids, a bedroom with a beautiful bathroom and a sauna for all those cold nights!

"With children and Midwest winters, we needed to figure out how to have more play and living space in our 100 year old home. Our basement was a project I had dreamed about conquering, but honestly I could not envision any way to make it functional. It was a series of small, dark, damp, nonfunctional spaces. Steven came in as a contractor, but really he is an artist. He was able to put together a team that could realize a beautiful, functional, warm, inviting space for our family."
Bathroom
This basement bathroom has many functions. It connects to the family room, is great for basement bedroom guests and is perfect for a rinse off after a long sauna session.
